If you are a pre-existing Victoria Fruit Palace loyalty member then you already exist in our system and just need to create an account password.

Go to https://shop.victoriafruitpalace.com.au/login then click Forgot my password.

Enter your email address and follow the password reset link in the email sent.

You can then set your account password and login.

If you are a new customer, click on Login on the menu bar and then click Sign Up and enter your details.

Ordering is easy – just go to our online shop,  search or browse the categories and add items to your cart.

Click to view your cart contents & click Checkout Now.

Review your cart & make any changes & click Checkout.

Follow the steps to finalize your order & you’ll receive an order confirmation email within 5 minutes.

Unfortunately once your order has been placed you have no way of altering it online.

Please contact us as soon as possible and our support team will be able to assist.

Delivery – fees are based on your area and time slot selected, all available options are shown during checkout.

Pickup – we charge a nominal $5 fee to cover packing costs and we will bring your order to your car if required.

We offer a local delivery service, if delivery is not available during checkout you can use our convenient click & collect service. We currently deliver to the following postcodes: 3161, 3162, 3182, 3183, 3184, 3185.

We also have a delivery checker on our help page. Simply enter your postcode to see if we deliver to your suburb.

Note – We don’t deliver to all of ST Kilda so we may contact you if you place an order & we don’t deliver to your area in this suburb.

Orders must be placed by 10pm in order for next day delivery.
