Servings: Makes 2-3 glasses
Ingredients:
- 2 PUKKA tea bags (any flavour you like, such as Chamomile, Peppermint, or Green)
- 2 cups boiling water
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
- 1 cup cold water
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices and fresh mint for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
- Brew the Tea:
- Place the PUKKA tea bags in a heatproof jug.
- Pour 2 cups of boiling water over the tea bags.
- Steep for 5 minutes, then remove the tea bags.
- Sweeten:
- While the tea is still warm, stir in the honey or maple syrup until fully dissolved.
- Cool Down:
- Add 1 cup of cold water to the jug.
- Let the tea cool to room temperature, then refrigerate until chilled.
- Serve:
- Fill glasses with ice cubes.
- Pour the chilled tea over the ice.
- Garnish with lemon slices and fresh mint if desired.
